Fees & Policies

A La Heart Catering uses local grown and fresh products for your event.We determine the charge for catering your event based upon the menu type you choose, number of guests, the necessary staff to serve, rentals needed, 15% administration fee, tax and gratuity. Please tell us about your event and we will be pleased to discuss customized selections and prepare a formal proposal for your review and consideration.

As a full service catering company, we provide professional servers, chefs and bartenders. We will arrange for the rental of any equipment needs you have such as china, flatware, linens, etc.

Upon signing a contract, we ask for a 50% deposit with a second 25% deposit due two weeks prior to your event. We will bill you in full for the remaining balance after your event; that amount due one week within your receiving the final bill. We accept VISA, Mastercard & Discover Card.

Cancellation Policy: If client cancels up to six months before the event date, deposits paid prior to date of cancellation will be returned. If client cancels within six months of the event date, deposits paid are not refundable.

A LA HEART CATERING charges no corkage fee, no cake cutting fee AND coffee service is included in the meal cost. We have a $1000.00 minimum for menus, not including staff and rentals.

We are licensed with a Food Handlers Permit, legal kitchen and carry $2,000,000.00 liability insurance to ensure your peace of mind in hiring us for your next event. Please contact us and provide us the details of your upcoming event. Once we know the details, we can give you a formal proposal with the menu of your choosing, along with staff and rental costs appropriate to your event, location and menu choice.
